Rhonda Geraghty
Rhonda is an international, interdisciplinary educator, practitioner, administrator and researcher with over two decades of experience leading teams of individuals towards strategic goals while imparting knowledge and innovating change in both the public and private sector. Rhonda holds degrees in Political Science, Architectural Design and Design Strategy from Toronto, Paris and England respectively. She is the co-principal of an international, architectural research-practice consultancy focused on the creation of conventional built environments and the use of design methods and approaches to create organizational, social, economic and environmental change. Rhonda is in the final stages of completing her doctoral studies in design-driven government and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts. She is married with three children, resides in Toronto and is an advocate for special needs awareness.

Maeve Spence
Maeve Spence is an accomplished non-profit program manager and business development professional with a passion for supporting the improvement of the lives and livelihoods of vulnerable populations. She has held program management positions at a number of non-profit organizations in Canada and the U.S. and has managed several economic development and employee engagement programs across Africa and South-East Asia. Her experience also includes research design, business development, and strategic planning for start-up businesses. Maeve is also an avid artist; with a focus on hand lettering, pencil drawing and acrylic painting. Maeve holds a Bachelor's degree in French Language and Communication Studies and a Masters degree in International Development Studies. She lives in Virginia with her husband and three children.
