Who We Are

TwoSixteen Research & Innovation Lab is a non-profit think tank established in 2018.

We seek to act as a resource to both government entities and communities through applied research and the design and development of models and best practices that can inform decision-making, impact lives, and create systemic change.

Our model allows for the research and insights generated by our think tank to inform the design of our programs. The data and insights generated from our programs are then directed back towards the think tank to further enhance our research and to create models that can be replicated.

This model ensures that programs do not exist in a vacuum with an impact that only lasts as long as the program cycle. Rather, the program’s impact is felt both at the program level and a much wider level; as the data and insights are used to challenge societal norms, structures and overall systems.
